I really like the taste of this scratch cake. Its a vanilla flavored.
Id like to make the cake come out more moist.
The cakes come out good enough but I might like it a lil moister!
What would you add to the recipe or tweak?
Should I bake at a lower temp for longer?
or same temp for shorter?

I have fried chicken recipe that calls for the chicken pieces to be marinated in buttermilk for 3 hours, can I use whole milk instead?

I am making an American Flag cake this weekend. The recipe calls for white cake mix, topped with cool whip and fresh strawberries and blueberries arranged as a flag. It sounds a little plain to me, can I incorporate lemon pudding into the white mix? And do I prepare the pudding before adding it to the cax mix or just use the powder? I saw a recipe where they used white cake mix, then put holes in the cale and filled the holes with lemon pudding and it sounded good, but will that make the cake fall apart?

i searched for the recipe because i have alot of strawberries in my fridge. i decided to bake a starwberry cake but all the recipes i found are not so simple. moreover, i only have basic ingredients for a cake (butter, flour, sugar, eggs, milk )- i have no ovellette, no vanilla. or maybe one of you could give me a suitable website to solve my problem.
i also dont use wine for cooking.
