bread recipe

I’m looking for the original recipe from Panera Bread for the Caramel Apple Paistry. Does anyone have it? For some reason Panera Bread stopped making those here in Vancouver, WA.
Thanks!

Actually all it is is a pastry blank with a slice of apple folded around in it. Caramel under it. Then it is baked and more caramel is drizzled on it and powdered sugar. If you called the cafe and asked to buy a pastry blank they may let you. They are frozen. Also it is the came caramel that the drinks are in. You could just tell them you miss the caramel apple pastry’s and want to make one your self. You need a pastry blank and some caramel and you are willing to pay for it.

I work at Panera bread in Michigan and we still have them. Actually we just got them not to long ago.
