Does anyone have a good Jordanian lemon chicken recipe?
Friday, April 24th, 2009I met a Jordanian girl at college, years ago, and her grandmother sent this delicious chicken with her to bring back to the dorms for us hungry kids! It was out of this world. I don’t remember the name of the dish, but it was cooked in a crock pot in a lot of liquid. I remember it having a lemony flavor and being incredibly tender. The liquid it was served in was almost a whitish opaque color. If anyone knows a recipe that sounds like this, or something comparable I would be so grateful. Where can I find Lebaneh jarred in lemon oil? My friend also brought some of this stuff from home, and it is OUT OF THIS WORLD!

Do you have a tasty seseme chicken recipe?
Thursday, October 16th, 2008Does anyone have a recipe for thin, pink & sticky sweet and sour sauce for sweet and sour chicken?
Saturday, August 16th, 2008I am looking for the recipe like Wok Inn in Portland, Maine’s Chinese food sweet and sour chicken recipe. It’s a THIN, pink, and very sticky sauce. It’s also has pineapples and cherries in it. It’s not goopy at all, like I said, it’s very sticky, sour and sweet. It’s a LIGHT pink, the color of pink lemonade and you can almost taste the vinegar in it. Can anyone help me?
